View 10Duke Scale Local License Servers and check their status

You can view 10Duke Scale Local License Servers and check their status in the 10Duke Scale UI console.

View a Local License Server in the UI console

  1. In the left sidebar, go to LICENSING > Customers.

  2. Click the three-dot menu for the customer whose Local License Server you want to view, and select Local license servers.

    The list of that customer’s Local License Servers opens.

  3. To preview the Local License Server, click the arrow for the Local License Server on the left.

  4. To view and edit the details of a Local License Server, click the pen icon for the Local License Server.

    The three-dot menu on the list provides options for activating the Local License Server for online and offline use as well as deactivating the Local License Server.

Check the status of a Local License Server in the UI console

You can check the status of the Local License Server in the UI console. The following status values are shown:

  • Activated online for an active Local License Server in online mode. The status is updated when the Local License Server installation is activated in the 10Duke Scale console.

  • Activated offline for an active Local License Server in offline mode. The status is updated when the activation token for the offline installation is generated.

  • Not activated for a deactivated Local License Server.

To check the status of a Local License Server:

  1. In the left sidebar, go to LICENSING > Customers.

  2. Click the three-dot menu for the customer whose Local License Server status you want to view, and select Local license servers.

    The list of that customer’s Local License Servers opens.

  3. Check the status value of the Local License Server in the Activation status column.
