Edit customers
You can edit the information on your B2C and B2B customers (licensees).
Limitations
If you edit customers in the UI console when you have integrations in place for maintaining the customer data, those changes are not automatically updated to the integrated external systems. The changes will also be overwritten by any following updates from the external systems to 10Duke Scale.
Edit a customer in the UI console

In the left sidebar, go to LICENSING > Customers. The list of your customers opens.

Click the pen icon for the customer you want to edit.

Edit the customer’s details in the same way as when creating a customer.

Click Save.
Edit a customer through the API
Use the following License Management API operation:

Next steps
The changes take effect immediately.
In cases where the person who purchased the license and who consumes the license are the same person, make sure to keep the customer and license consumer data in sync. For example, if you updated the name or email address of a B2C customer, check if the same updates need to be made to the associated license consumer of type person.
